WDP is a growing consulting engineering firm headquartered in Manassas, Virginia with additional offices in Charlottesville, Virginia; Austin, Texas; and South Norwalk, Connecticut.

Here at WDP, we place an emphasis on education and proper training, in the office and out in the field. Due to the nature of our work, each day varies from the last, with opportunities to become involved in an array of projects. Our entry-level engineers gain hands-on experience in all specialties by working alongside each project manager during their initial years at the firm. Senior Structural/Architectural Engineer
Experienced, registered professional engineer or architect to assist in the area of structural and architectural systems failure investigations, analyses, repair design, and construction services. At least 10 years of professional experience are required. Candidates must possess excellent written and oral communication skills. Experienced consultants who hold advanced degrees, are well published, and are recognized as experts nationally will be given highest consideration. Only individuals with a proven track-record in providing high quality services and client satisfaction will be considered.

Entry Level Structural/Architectural Engineer
Entry level engineer for consulting engineering services related to prestressed and post-tensioned concrete, structural steel, masonry, roofing, waterproofing, restoration design, construction materials, construction management, and litigation support. A Masters degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering is preferred while E.I.T. certification is mandatory along with excellent written and oral communication skills. AutoCAD experience is a plus. Some field work/travel is required.

Technicians/Inspectors - Manassas, Virginia office only
Responsible, motivated candidates to work as soil, concrete, masonry and structural steel inspectors. WACEL/NICET/ACI/AWS certifications are preferred, but we will train the right people. High school diplomas are also preferred but not required. These positions require good mathematical and communication skills.
