This high-rise
consists of a twelve (12) story office building above grade with a three
(3) story parking garage below grade. The structure is founded on
spread footings and framed with reinforced concrete and an architectural
precast concrete exterior.
All WDP's testing
and inspection services were performed in accordance with the Arlington
County Special Inspection Program including submitting of stripping
authorization
to allow for early form removal.

Phase II of
this project consisted of a twenty (20) story office building with a seven
(7) story parking structure. The office building is founded on caissons
and framed with post-tensioned, reinforced concrete and an architectural
precast concrete exterior. The parking structure is founded on spread
footings and framed with structural precast concrete.
All of WDP'
testing and inspection services were performed in accordance with Fairfax
County's Special Inspection Program. This includes submitting stripping
authorization requests to allow for early stressing and form removal.
The Developer
has won three awards for this office tower.

It was voted
Best Building in the "speculative high-rise" category by the National Association
of Office and Industrial Properties.

The Metro Washington
and Virginia Chapter of Associated Buildings and Contractors selected the
high-rise as the Best Commercial Project in the "over $40 million" category.

It also won
an Award of Merit by the Northern Virginia Chapter of the American Institute
of Architects for the multi-story parking facility.
