Campers learned about the many disciplines involved in designing a building and how teamwork brings those disciplines together. They also explored the importance of material selection and the impact those choices can make while building their own model bridge.
At the end of the session, campers were asked if their volunteer explained the concepts clearly. One student was so enthusiastic that they created a new rating category: “I couldn’t agree more!”
