What is your alma mater and what did you study?

I studied Civil, Environmental, and Infrastructure Engineering at George Mason University.

What is your role at WDP?

I have recently been promoted to Associate. I have developed into a leader of our building science related services, with heavy emphasis on hygrothermal performance and code compliance. I am transitioning more into an internal quality control reviewer to help ensure WDP’s standards are maintained across our deliverables, but I am still balancing this role with my active project managing and client relations role. 

How long have you been working at WDP?

I have been with WDP since my summer internship in 2008, which would make 18 years.

What do you like about working at WDP?

I love mentoring staff, working with my coworkers who are not only the sharpest engineers but also lovely humans. I am passionate about spreading knowledge of building science and I love connecting with clients that have a similar desire to continue to learn and improve as our design practice evolves.
