WDP is excited to announce that Kate Franczek, E.I.T., of the Charlottesville office has been promoted to Staff Engineer II. Kate joined the Blacksburg Office in August 2021 and transitioned to Charlottesville in August 2023. She has been instrumental in helping the Blacksburg office with projects at Virginia Tech, and while at the Charlottesville office, Kate has also greatly contributed to projects for VCCS and the State of West Virginia.
