Kelsey’s presentation titled “Selecting the Right Repair: A Case Study in Concrete Repair Decision Making” will focus on selecting appropriate repair methods for aging architectural concrete. The presentation will highlight how service life, engineering judgment, and stakeholder objectives work together to evaluate rehabilitation strategies and develop solutions focused on long-term performance.
