Presentation at The Catholic University of America

Recently, Senior Engineers Kelsey Sheridan, PE and Trevor Weilbach, PE had the opportunity to present at The Catholic University of America, speaking to both the Construction II and Advanced Structures classes about the role of forensic engineers in the built environment.

Through real-world case studies, Kelsey and Trevor walked students through investigations that ultimately led to repair designs, emphasizing the critical importance of details when evaluating existing structures. Their examples, particularly those involving structural failure and water mitigation, demonstrated how thoughtful investigation, sequencing, coordination, and engineering judgment are essential to successful outcomes.
