WDP conducted an evaluation of the exterior of the Diamond Building in Charleston, West Virginia. Based on the findings and recommendations of our evaluation, WDP was retained by the West Virginia General Services Division (GSD) to design a roof and window replacement along with repairs to the parapet, façade and roof deck. We are currently providing phased construction administration (CA) services for the project.
