Class-action Lawsuit Involving Defective Windows
The nature of the lawsuit involved three particular series of windows with an alleged history of water intrusion resulting from poor design and manufacturing. WDP performed assessments and tests in accordance with applicable ASTM standards in residential structures located in multiple states. Other investigations included disassembly of the window specimens for comparison to shop drawings and engineering analyses to determine the suitability of various materials used in the window composition.
