Fill Slope Movement at Tandem Health Care Facility, North Strabane Township, Canonsburg, Pennsylvania

WDP was retained by the design-build contractor and their counsel to review and evaluate the probable cause of a 100-foot high fill slope movement that allegedly caused damages to several residential dwellings near the base of the slope.  WDP’s services included document reviews and site visits with evaluation and letter of opinion as to probable cause of the fill slope movement.
