GSA Alton Lennon Federal Building & US Courthouse
In September 2018, Hurricane Florence made landfall in Wilmington, North Carolina, and subjected the building to a deluge of wind and rain. WDP performed an investigation to identify future scope of work for the necessary repairs for the building’s envelope. Prior to the hurricane, the building had been experiencing water infiltration and associated mold issues over the past 10 years, which also contributed to the existing conditions. WDP's scope included:
- Field Investigation
- Water Testing
- Roof Survey
- Exterior Facade Survey
- Interior Survey
