“When evaluating existing buildings, I have the opportunity to see first-hand how products, systems, design concepts, and construction practices have performed over time. I find this experience provides a unique perspective when working on new construction projects. Similarly, my experience on new construction projects provides exposure to new products, systems, and installation practices which influences my approach to the repair design. Whether it is solving existing problems or helping mitigate the potential for future problems, it is really rewarding working with a variety of people to develop functional solutions. And I really enjoy that the nature of my job gives me a unique perspective that I can bring to the table."
