Established in 1995, WDP was founded on the belief that clients’ specialty engineering and architectural needs are best served by people dedicated to solving complex problems. From the start, we have purposely invested in new technologies, nurtured specialized professional expertise, and adopted innovative methods to help our clients identify, solve, and prevent issues affecting the service life of buildings.

Driven by this passion for problem-solving, our business has steadily grown. Our keen understanding of problems affecting existing buildings deeply informs our ability to recognize and prevent similar issues during new construction projects.  We strive to share the knowledge and expertise we have garnered with the industry at large to inform others of the problems we have solved and to help improve the built environment for all.

Mentored by the original founders, WDP’s next generation of leadership is now guiding the company. Through this continuity of culture and values, we remain committed to deliver high quality, specialized solutions to complex problems that are efficient and cost effective for our clients, while providing hands-on mentorship to the next generation of WDP leaders.

To celebrate 30 years of service in 2025, we’ve updated our logo to pay tribute to our history while forging our path into the future — a new look but the same commitment from all of our employees of creating lasting solutions for our clients and our industry.  We thank everyone who has helped to create, foster, and build our company over the last three decades; and we look forward to continuing these relationships far into the future.
