"Much Appreciated"

The style and notations on your reports and specifically notations regarding where the deficiencies are located are much appreciated.  The reports are much clearer and more detailed than pretty much every other inspection/testing consultant we are using on other projects.  We should look for more opportunities to team with WDP in the future.

"Excellent Job ..."

I have often thanked WDP & Associates for their work for the City of Manassas but wanted to particularly note the excellent job the company did for us on this last task.

As you know, the City of Manassas entered into a Purchase and Sale Agreement for approximately 5 acres as a site for Fire and Rescue Station 21.  The project has been much delayed due to community opposition regarding our first chosen site.  When we agreed on an alternative site, we only had 45 days in which to conclude our due diligence.  Geotech is not normally a due diligence task, but in this case, we felt it necessary to confirm that this site would work for the public facility.  WDP & Associates immediately responded to our need from the beginning by assisting in scoping what was needed and turning around the survey and report in record time.

All in all, I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of work and responsiveness of WDP & Associates.

"WDP knows how to stay within the budget..."

WDP & Associates has a very skilled and dedicated team of professionals who have provided a variety of civil, geotechnical and construction management services to Prince William County for over 15 years. WDP has provided comprehensive professional services for major County projects, such as, Adult Detention Center, Prince William County's Development Services building and the Emergency Vehicles Operation Center. In addition, WDP has provided cost-economical solutions to major slope failure projects.

WDP knows how to stay within the budget. WDP has a consistent record for estimating engineering and construction services accurately so that projects can be funded without burdensome change orders and contract modifications.

I would like to highlight WDP's willingness to be available to the County's needs with very short notices for every project we have worked together. Their staff makes themselves available for meetings, even for those in late evenings, with minimal advance notification.

Prince William County has awarded many contracts to WDP for engineering services because of their proven record in providing superior geotechincal, testing, third-party inspection and construction management services. Their past performance is well demonstrated by their successful completion of all our projects on time and within the budget. We have consistently regarded WDP for their high quality of work. We will certainly consider WDP for our future consulting services.

"A Superb Contract Partner..."

WDP & Associates has been working with William & Mary since November 2000, has held term contracts with the University continually since 2005, and has completed work on approximately 18 individual buildings on campus with many of the projects completed in phases over multiple years... WDP & Associates is a superb contract partner. They are responsive to our urgent needs, transparent and fair in their pricing, and their technical solutions are sound and practical. We are looking forward to working with Andy and his team on our next project, Swem Library window replacement.

"Superior to the standard..."

From our experiences, few firms exhibit professional abilities that prove themselves superior to the standard. WDP is one of those firms and THC’s first choice for projects where WDP is located, if a specific soil challenge or geologic condition exists, or a unique and innovative geotechnical solution is required. The superior service and innovative solutions consistently provided by WDP make them one of a select group of geotechnical consultants we consider our “go to” firms.

"Very pleased..."

WDP & Associates, Inc. has provided exceptional structural engineering services for over a dozen individually awarded task orders under two IDIQ contracts dating back to 2014. Their structural engineering efforts have ranged from new design to inspections, condition assessments, and emergency repairs for various existing concrete and steel structures located in and around the United States Capitol Power Plant. WDP & Associates, Inc. has successfully served as the Project Manager directly to the AOC on numerous tasks which were solely structural engineering in nature.

Our client, Architect of the Capitol, has continually provided very positive feedback to us regarding the efforts of John Grill and his team’s performance, availability, and responsiveness to the specific needs of their projects. AEI has been very pleased with the services provided by WDP & Associates, Inc. and fully intends to continue our working relationship with WDP on future endeavors.

"Positive Impact..."

WDP was engaged to perform construction observation ad quality assurance testing on behalf of INOVA. Initially, WDP was contracted to perform 30 site visits, however, due to the quality of their work and the benefit of their observations, WDP's scope was expanded through multiple change orders to include 65 total visits. The positive impact to the performance of construction was not only noted internally at INOVA, but also by the Architect of Record.  (WDP's) field reports were written in a manner that all parties could understand and comprehend the technical information. We look forward to continuing our relationship with WDP & Associates and working together on projects well into the future.
