Ben’s expertise centers around forensic structural evaluation, building enclosure consulting and building enclosure commissioning (BECx). He serves as Division Manager for our New York City office. He actively contributes to industry committees by developing standards and presenting topics. Ben serves as the BECx Agent on projects across the eastern United States, and helps clients prevent post-occupancy problems through building enclosure reviews.
