Eric is a leader in building envelope engineering with a specialization in structural, material, and architectural engineering related to facades and building envelope failures, nondestructive testing, and design and repair of concrete and masonry structures. He has expertise in structural and architectural retrofit and repair, roofing and waterproofing investigations, and providing expert witness testimony with his experience including building and infrastructure projects throughout the United States. As Chief Executive Officer, he is also responsible for executing WDP’s Strategic Business Plan and communicating the vision for the firm’s future direction and growth. Eric has written over 20 authoritative published articles and research reports for owners, universities, and industry trade magazines and journals. He also conducts WDP’s courses on the topics of Why Buildings Leak, Air Barriers, and Building Enclosure Commissioning, among others.
