Shannon specializes in building enclosure consulting, forensic investigation, and hygrothermal analysis, with a particular focus on the evaluation and diagnostic approach to water and air infiltration, condensation risk, and long-term moisture performance. She assists owners and designers in understanding the root causes of building envelope failures and provides solutions tailored to project-specific considerations, giving clients the context they need to make informed repair decisions. Shannon also delivers building enclosure commissioning (BECx) services on new construction projects across the commercial, institutional, and higher education sectors, ensuring envelope assemblies perform as designed from early construction through closeout. In addition to her project work, Shannon is an active member of ASTM International, serving on Committee E06, Performance of Buildings.
