Steven is a construction professional with 34 years of experience in residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial building projects. He comes to us most recently from Terracon, where he was a Senior Facilities Professional providing technical oversight and delivery of building envelope-related services. Prior to Terracon, Steven held positions with DMY Capitol as President of their Capitol Office Construction Services, CTI Consultants as the Building Sciences Department Manager, and ECS as a Senior Project Manager/Team Leader. In 1995, Steven co-founded ALBA Building Sciences in Dundee, Scotland, where he also received an undergraduate diploma in Building Diagnostics from the University of Dundee.
Steven is spearheading WDP’s Architectural Testing Group for roofing, air barriers, fenestrations, and other testing services. In addition, he participates in investigations of building envelope issues, envelope commissioning, and construction consulting activities on active construction projects, as well as historic masonry preservation and renovation projects.
