Fieldhouse Baton Rouge Condominiums

Fieldhouse Baton Rouge Condominiums is a 104-unit upscale condominium project offering luxury living in 99 residential units and 5 units of retail space. The project is a mere walk across the street from the North Gates of the Louisiana State University  (LSU) campus.

WDP was retained by Capstone Development, the developer, to perform a peer review of the design documents related to the building envelope, roof system and below-grade waterproofing. WDP was also retained to provide periodic construction monitoring services for the building envelope during construction.

  • Peer review of project specifications, architectural details and material submittals for water penetration resistance, material compatibility and constructability.
  • Performed condensation analyses to assess potential condensation issues.
  • Development of architectural details to complete the building façade portion of the design package.
