Ingleside at King Farm

WDP was retained by the General Contractor & Construction Manager, Turner-Knover, to perform a peer review of the design documents related to the building enclosure roof system and below-grade waterproofing. WDP prepared architectural details to complement the design documents and better define coordination of building materials. WDP was also retained to provide construction monitoring services on a part-time basis.

• Peer review of project specifications, architectural details and material submittals for water penetration resistance, material compatibility and constructability.
• Development of architectural details to complete the building façade portion of the design package.
• Construction monitoring part-time.
